The aging furnace produced by our company is suitable for aging treatment of various profiles. Our series of aluminum profile aging furnaces range from 2 tons to 50 tons, with all specifications available. Long-term industrial operation has proven the aging effect to be good, performance stable, and all technical indicators meet the process requirements for high-performance building profiles and industrial profiles.
Our company has experienced and well-crafted production technology and rigorous manufacturing processes. The aging furnace series products are all manufactured and assembled in the original factory, then disassembled and transported to the customer's site for reinstallation and commissioning. The heating methods for the aluminum profile aging furnace series products produced by our company include electric heating, gas heating, and oil heating.
Main features of the equipment
1. This equipment uses a new type of high-power dual-suction fan, which has a larger air volume and stronger wind compared to traditional fans, resulting in better temperature uniformity inside the furnace, smaller temperature differences, lower noise, achieving the most ideal aging requirements;
2. The equipment adopts a double-door design, with the left side for unloading and the right side for loading; unloading on the right side and loading on the left side. This allows for alternating use from left to right, greatly improving production efficiency;
3. The combustion system uses waste heat recovery to heat the combustion gun's auxiliary air, reducing flue gas temperature, decreasing heat emissions, and improving thermal efficiency to achieve ideal energy-saving effects. Compared to ordinary aging furnaces, energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction effects;
4. High-quality insulation cotton, special insulation structure, and plugging cotton technology are used to achieve ideal insulation effects, reducing heat loss from the surface of the furnace body;
5. The material rack uses high-quality bearings with a special sealing design to protect the bearings from damage by aluminum chips and debris, extending bearing life and reducing material cart failures and maintenance rates;
6. The furnace door uses pneumatic compression for better sealing;
7. The furnace door is specially designed with a drop prevention feature; if the furnace door suddenly falls, the drop prevention function automatically locks in place, achieving a more ideal safety effect for the furnace door;
8. A proportional burner is used; when the temperature reaches a specified level, the flame of the burner will automatically decrease slowly; when the temperature is low, the flame will automatically increase slowly. This results in smaller temperature differences inside the furnace;
9. The fan main shaft adopts a universal dual-bearing design to improve the service life of the main shaft and bearings;
10. The fan main shaft is made of high-strength steel and undergoes tempering treatment to prevent deformation of the main shaft and reduce vibration of the fan;
11. The main control valve for gas uses imported brands;
12. Major electrical components use imported brands;
13. The material of the burner nozzle is made of 310S high-temperature resistant stainless steel;
14. Sealing: Between the furnace door and body, large sealing strips made of stainless steel mesh and insulation cotton are specially made to achieve good sealing performance when the furnace door is closed. Stable and effective sealing designs are adopted at connection points such as fans and heating valves to prevent temperature leakage inside the furnace, ensuring optimal insulation during operation;
15. The furnace is designed with over-temperature and over-time alarm protection circuits that alert staff through sound and light alarms;
16. The top of the furnace is equipped with two safety explosion vents that automatically open in case of an explosion inside the furnace, providing safety protection.
