1. Heating method: Infrared electric heating, using efficient infrared thermal radiation technology, can achieve the highest thermal utilization rate (electric heating wire - infrared radiation tube - infrared reflection furnace chamber).
2. Main technical performance of the infrared mold heating furnace: Reduces thermal stress and temperature fluctuations during the heating process, which can cause thermal fatigue, and also reduces issues such as oxidation leading to coarse grain formation and decarburization.
3. Main advantages of the infrared mold heating furnace: Energy-saving, fast heating speed with uniform temperature, and reduced oxidation of the working area of the mold. Improves work efficiency, reduces mold breakage damage, and enhances the surface quality and yield of aluminum materials.
4. Control method: PID automatic temperature control, over-temperature protection alarm and heating cut-off, insulation timing prompt.
5. Uniformity of working area furnace temperature: <±5℃, temperature measurement method during acceptance: air and mold temperature.
6. Heating time for an empty furnace (air to set temperature of 500 degrees): < 60min.
7. Furnace gas temperature difference: Refers to the gas temperature difference in the effective aluminum rod area inside the furnace, guaranteed value is set temperature ±5℃ (for an empty furnace, measure by placing a thermocouple in the air at the point to be measured inside the furnace).
8. Heating time when fully loaded (when the material basket is full of material to set temperature of 500 degrees): < 90min.
