  • There are four cooling methods: air cooling, mist cooling, water passing, and jet water cooling. Users can switch between them as needed.
    1. Air cooling system: It consists of four rows of air outlets distributed around the extrusion centerline. The air volume from each row of air outlets is independently controlled by a frequency converter, achieving a similar cooling speed around the aluminum profile, effectively controlling the bending deformation that may occur during the quenching process.
    2. Mist cooling system: The spray heads distributed around the extrusion centerline can be turned on or off as needed for any row of atomizing spray heads, allowing for variations in atomization intensity. When not used alone, it can be combined with air cooling to form a mixed wind-mist cooling system.
    3. Jet water cooling system: The total water volume and pressure of the water pump are controlled and adjusted by a frequency converter, which also has a pressure stabilization function. The spray heads distributed around the extrusion centerline can be turned on or off at will for each row of spray heads, and the water output for each row can be adjusted at any time. The water supply for the spray pipes facing the extruder can be adjusted differentially in the upward, downward, leftward, or rightward directions. Each spray pipe has a flow adjustment function controlled by a ball valve, allowing for longitudinal flow adjustment of the spray pipes.
    4. Water passing system: The water passing tank cooling consists of a fixed side plate in the longitudinal direction and movable side plates at both ends to form a water tank. Low-pressure water pumps inject water into the tank, and profiles pass through the tank for cooling. Since the water passing tank cooling cannot adjust in the circumferential direction, deformation can be quite severe when cooling irregular profiles, but energy consumption is relatively low. It is suitable for quenching pipes, bars, and plates. The temperature after quenching is less than 50°C.
